We are not restricted to following a specific training ideology or method; we put the dog’s welfare (including long-term welfare) above everything else. In situations where we need to use aversives to change behaviour, we can use them competently without the risks of emotional or behavioural ‘fallout’. Every training plan is presented to the dog’s owner to make an informed decision based on the cost-benefit ratio.
We are firm advocates of the LIMA (Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive) approach to training. Our methods utilise positive reinforcement, various types of differential reinforcement, and science-based techniques to modify behaviour.

Ultimately, we work with the dog’s genetic makeup and formulate our training around the individual dog and owner to achieve outstanding results.
OUR TRAINING METHODS ARE RADICALLY DIFFERENT

William Chandler-Duff is one of the UK’s most sought-after dog trainers for behaviour modification and advanced functional obedience. He also has a personal passion for working dog training (e.g., protection and scent detection dogs) and sport-dog-style obedience. He has helped not only dog owners but also dog trainers from around the world in achieving success.
William has also had the privilege of learning directly from many world-renowned trainers, including Ivan Balabanov and Mia Skogster, both two-time IGP World Champions. Their influence has shaped his understanding of play, advanced obedience, precise handling, and effective behaviour modification.
